Brier is pre-launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any contract, or financial, legal or tax advice.

Event contracts are listed and traded on a designated contract market regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Any purchase would happen in your own account at the exchange. Brier never holds your money and never trades for you.

Contracts marked “Brier-drafted” or “proposed” are not listed on any exchange. Their prices are model estimates and may never be available.

A chance marked “quoted live” is read from live quotes (bid to ask); anything else is marked as Brier’s estimate. Quotes move; every figure carries the time it was read.

Losses are estimates from what you tell us and industry averages, shown as ranges. Example companies are fictional. Event contracts can lose their entire purchase price.
